Creating your dream invitation suite from idea to paper
Every couple is unique so we work with you to create one-of-a-kind wedding invitations to honor your love story and your special day.
Our Process
The custom stationery experience

Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to you to schedule a complimentary discovery call to learn more about your wedding and specific stationery needs.

After the consultation, we will send you a link to your detailed proposal that's tailor-made to align with your vision. In addition to a full cost breakdown, the proposal will include an outline of your design direction, a mood board, and a curated color palette. Once everything looks good to go, you can sign the client agreement form and submit your 50% deposit.

We will start with a sketch of your full invitation suite so that we can be sure that you love the look before we start crafting the final designs. We will also collect all of the important details to be included in your suite (times, places, etc.) and help you craft the perfect language for each piece.
After approving the sketch, we will share a link to your digital designs for your review and feedback.
Once your design is approved, we will send you a printer-ready proof so that you can triple-check each and every detail before we head into print production.

Once we have received your final signature of approval, we will send your invitation suite to our printing partners to begin production. Our printers take incredible pride in their craftsmanship and work hard to ensure a quality finished product each and every time.
Final delivery dates vary based on the time it takes to complete the design process. All suites require a minimum of three weeks for production regardless of design and print method.

We offer complimentary assembly and mailing services to all custom clients that spend $4,500 or more. Once we receive your finished product from the printer, we will stuff, stamp and seal your invitation suites and send them off to all of your guests.
For all other clients, we offer this service as an add-on. If you choose to stuff and send your invitations yourself, we will send all of the items required to assemble your invitations directly to you.
Please allow an extra week for assembly if your package includes custom calligraphy.

Custom Invitation Design
Custom invitations are completely unique to each couple. We will consider your love story and your overall wedding aesthetic to create a suite that is as one-of-a-kind as you are.
Calligraphy
We offer calligraphy addressing and spot calligraphy to be used within your suite. We aim to use our own spot calligraphy instead of script fonts as it adds that special RH Design touch to your invitation suite.
Day-of paper and signage
Continuing your paper story from your invitations to your wedding can have a huge impact on your guests’ experience. We offer menus, programs, escort cards, rented and custom signage, installations, and more to complete the look on the day.
Elegant add-ons
Custom watercolor art, vintage postage, custom wax seals, raw silk ribbon, and more — choose from a variety of add-ons to finish your invitation suite with the utmost attention to detail.
